  • No more tours at the Beelitz Heilstätten complex in the future

    It was well known to all Rammstein fans worldwide that their last video’s for “Mein Herz Brennt” were shot on location at the Beelitz Heilstätten complex near Berlin.
    Maybe not everyone knew they were able to do a guided tour around the complex and through some of the buildings, incluiding the “Männerklinik”, where this video was shot. But sad news for everyone who knew this and wanted to do a tour next year.
    The whole complex got sold and will be restored. The first building are allready renovated and all the others will follow. The Männerklinik is part of the last fase of renovation work to be done.

    Tour organisation Go2Know will give their last tours of the complex this november and december and than it is over.

    During the award ceremony for the monument award in the Rotes Rathaus in Berlin, One of the architects approached by Rammstein for the renovation of the old industry buildings was interviewed by rbb24, revealing that they will not only store touring gear and the stage, but also be home for a RammsteinShop opened to the public.

  • RAMMSTEIN WINS A MONUMENT AWARD

    Rammstein is one of this year’s winners of the monument award, the Ferdinand von Quast Medal. The award honors individuals and institutions that have made a special contribution to the preservation of monuments in Berlin. Dr. Klaus Lederer, the culture senator, awarded the prize to Rammstein in Berlin’s City Hall (Rotes Rahaus). It was awarded for the contribution Rammstein made to renovating and repurposing an industrial hall on the former Bergmann-Borsig grounds in Berlin-Pankow.

    Till Lindemann is now selling penis art

    That’s his part!

    Till Lindemann (54) has not been the singer of rock band Rammstein for years. He writes poetry, undertakes adventure trips with Joey Kelly (44) and also makes music successfully solo.

    Now Till Lindemann has a new playground. He sells art on the internet – penis art!

    For a year, the completion of the online store was tinkering. On Monday “Doctor Dick” was officially open.

    You can buy penis art: big, small, fat, thin – it’s all there. The most expensive product is a penis animal, which is offered together with a rubber vagina for 2250 euros.

    But it’s not all about the best piece of man. You can also buy sadomasochromatic utensils such as a leather collar called “Till’s Bitch – Sex Choker” (“Till’s Slut”, Sex Warrior).

    Every week, according to BILD information new penises expand the range. And the boss personally lends a hand. Each penis is made by Lindemann by hand and embellished with his signature.

    In 2015, Lindemann showed the world his penis art for the first time at an exhibition in Dresden. Now you can nail your own Lindemann to the wall.

    By the way: The original penis, the very first penis of the house “Doctor Dick”, has been decorating the Berlin metal pub “Blackland” for more than a year now.

  • RAMMSTEIN SHOULD ENTER STUDIO IN FEBRUARY 2018

    During a recent reading session of his book “Heute hat die Welt Geburtstag”, Flake said that Rammstein will return to studio in February 2018. Let’s take stock of the situation!

    The album is currently in its pre-production phase: Rammstein members play together, come up with ideas and record demos in a noninformal way. The objective is to have a sufficient number of finalized demos, and enter the studio to record them properly, and mix them. According to Flake, Rammstein will enter studio in February 2018.

    During the pre-production phase, Rammstein called in several producers, with the intention of replacing Jacob Hellner (as Paul said, they “want to try new paths”). The only name that filtered out was Sky Van Hoff, with whom Paul and Richard tested their guitar sound. Hence the studio photos published at the time (see news).

    Beware, this doesn’t mean that Sky Van Hoff will be the producer of the next album. Rammstein could very well choose another person.
    .
    Anyway, according to Flake the album is expected by the end of 2018, with a tour in 2019. We can’t wait!
