Rammstein.nl is proud to take part in this years Christopher Street Day (Gay Pride) in Berlin. As this event coinsides with the anual LIFAD treffen we are looking forward to participating in this event and spead some LIFAD!
Here is the official statement:
Rammstein-fans from all over Europe and the USA want to set an example against trans- and homophobia and fight for complete juridical equality (Article 3 of the German constitution) by taking part in the Berlin CSD (=Christopher Street Day=Gay Pride)
We also chose the name “Liebe ist für alle da” (title of a Rammstein-album) to increase our demands and to show people outside Rammstein-community what the band, which supports this project, stands for as well.
We knew that members of Rammstein were going to meet in September 2015 to discuss the future of the group. But during an audio interview he had with MusikUniverse.mu about his Lindemann project, Till even announced that Rammstein would start working on a new Rammstein album:
MU : Till, beaucoup de fans de Rammstein aimeraient savoir s’il y a un nouvel album et une nouvelle tournée prévus pour 2016.
Till : La préproduction commence cet automne, en septembre. Habituellement, quand on embarque dans le processus de production, ça nous prend environ 2 ans. Bref, oui il y aura quelque chose pour bientôt.
MU : Donc, c’est plutôt pour 2017?
Till : Oui.
Translation:
MU: Till, many fans of Rammstein would like to know if there is a new album and a new tour planned for 2016.
Till: Pre-production begins this fall in September. Usually, when one embarks on the production process, it takes us about 2 years. In short, yes there will be something soon.
MU: So it’s more for 2017?
Till: Yes.
This is great news, but as always with Rammstein, everything could change by then. Anyway, if new album there, it will not come out until 2017.

Metal fans hoping to see the gimp-suited, dildo-wielding, fire-scorched antics of Germany’s Rammstein live on the Soundwave stage in 2016 will be sorely disappointed, with promoter AJ Maddah officially crossing them off the list.
When an eager fan pitched the Berlin industrial-strength metallers for the 2016 bill via Twitter, the Soundwave boss replied with a curt, “No. They won’t be back in time for SW16.”
However, there is still some hope for fans of the band, with Maddah conceding that there is “definitely” a chance of one of the Rammstein members’ side projects, Richard Z. Kruspe’s Emigrate or frontman Till Lindemann’s new solo project, Lindemann, gracing one of the festival’s many stages next year.
The official dates for SW16 were announced last week, signalling the event’s return to the one-day format, hitting Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only, and settling into the Big Day Out’s time slots around the Australia Day holiday.
